Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet. 🚀 Your next challenge What you’ll be doing: * The Project Manager will provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones, and collaborate closely with IT team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Lead the project from Ideation to Deployment. * Engage and capture the needs of a diverse group of stakeholders that represent both the business and Technology Development.  * Transform stakeholder needs into clear, comprehensive, and concise requirements and maintain such requirements through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. * Conduct review sessions to gain approval of requirements and manage changes through the application of standard control processes and tools. * Create and maintain written and project related artifacts for any development methodology. * Coordinating activities of the project team, third parties and clients. * Implementing control techniques for design reviews, functionalities, specifications or requirements, milestone assessments, progress meetings, and reports both informal and formal. * Prepares documentation for new system or any system changes. * May develop test plan components and test scripts. * Should be able to track projects, report project status, escalate as needed and drive project towards completion. * Monitor changes in the requirements and track the development status of the implementation and other necessary schedules. * Prepare detailed documentation of the requirements through creation of functional specifications. * Prepare detailed documentation of the requirements through creation of functional specifications. * Resolve issues related to business requirements by coordinating with the stakeholders and related team/departments. * Ultimately responsible for implementing and completing the project on time in accordance with the requirements. * Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications. * Maintain relationship and teamwork among cross-functional teams. 🌟 You’re a match Certifications Requirements: * Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent is a plus. Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: * Clear communicator for both written and verbal to ensure the ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders. * Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability to translate technical requirements to test plans.          * Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables to ensure the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly.        * Able to work with System Analyst to isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes. * Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members. * Job Specifications/Candidate Qualifications Experienced in Software Development can drive agile environment, someone who is plug and play, Experience in using Node JS, React, Java, API and Azure.        * 5+ years in IT project management.
