IT Projekt Manager - Fixed-Term

In short: We simplify mobility. **IT Project Manager (all genders)** fixed-term, full-time position for 2 years in our Division Technology in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible. **Your tasks:** * Planning, execution, and oversight of technology projects across UTA Edenred, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Development of detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets * Collaboration with Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications to successfully deliver technology initiatives * Management of project communication, serving as the main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress reporting * Analysis and evaluation of projects upon completion, including process reviews and identification of areas for improvement * Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation * Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation **Your profile:** * Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field * 3–5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading software development or IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure * Experience working in dynamic international environments and expertise in process optimization * Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence) * Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels * Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes and develop practical, data‑driven solutions; experienced in post‑project evaluations and driving continuous improvement * Proficient in German and English; additional language skills considered an advantage **What do we offer?** * Flexible working hours: The optimal compatibility of family, leisure and career is a matter of course for us. * Shopping Card: The Ticket Plus City Card is topped up with €50 per month for all employees. * Mobile working: Whether working from home or on site in a team, flexibility is very important to us.  Please submit your application documents in **German or** **English**, including your **salary expectations** and **earliest possible start date**.
