About the Role -------------- We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support for a small business, with a focus on website support, security validation, and platform connectivity. You'll be the go-to person keeping third-party integrations running smoothly and ensuring core business platforms — Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Salesforce — stay securely connected and functioning.
