We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.    ### **Your Role** As a **JSS Specialist General Construction**, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening the position of the **MILWAUKEE® brand** within the general construction segment in Prague. You will act as a trusted advisor to end users, translating hands-on product expertise into tangible business value and sales results, while working closely with distribution partners. Your role will focus on **consultative selling**, guiding customers through the full sales cycle-from identifying needs, recommending the right solutions, delivering product demonstrations, to closing deals and building long-term partnerships.   **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ ### **Sales & Market Development:** * Cover the **Prague area**, focusing on customers located within the city * Actively acquire new customers through field-based prospecting and sales activities * Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory * Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline (CRM) * Collaborate closely with distribution partners * Deliver on sales targets and quality KPIs   ### **Consultative Sales:** * Understand customer needs and analyze their workflows and applications * Deliver professional, hands-on demonstrations of **MILWAUKEE® solutions** * Recommend tailored solutions based on real customer use cases * Clearly communicate business value (e.g., total cost of ownership, productivity, ergonomics) * Provide training sessions for end users * Build long-term relationships and expand cooperation with customers * Participate in industry meetings, events, and trade shows * Monitor market trends and competitive activity   **Requirements** ---------------- ### **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales** * Experience in **technical or construction-related industries** is a strong advantage * Proven experience working in a **field-based sales role**   ### **Skills & Competencies** * Strong consultative selling skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Self-driven with strong organizational skills * Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets   ### **Additional Requirements** * Valid **driving license (Category B)** * Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis * English language skills are an advantage **We offer:** * Necessary job tools (laptop, phone, car, demo tools) * Employment based on employment-contract (basic salary + extra bonus) * Task-based working time, high level of self-reliance and liability * International work environment  * Continuous product trainings * Multisport card * Lunch tickets * Holiday Allowance #LI-PŚ1 #Milwaukee-Poland #LI-REMOTE At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
