The role ensures the safe and efficient execution of construction, tie-ins, modifications, equipment installation, and integration works within existing operating offshore facilities._** **_The position serves as the primary site focal point for brownfield execution, ensuring that all activities are completed in compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, quality standards, and operational constraints while minimizing disruption to ongoing production and facility operations._** **_Key Responsibilities_** **_Brownfield Construction Management_** * **_Lead and coordinate all brownfield construction activities offshore throughout the project lifecycle._** * **_Manage construction execution for modifications to existing facilities related to water injection systems and associated infrastructure._** * **_Ensure safe execution of brownfield works within operational offshore environments._** * **_Oversee installation, replacement, and modification of:_** * **_Process piping systems_** * **_Water injection pumps and skids_** * **_Valves and pressure equipment_** * **_Structural steel modifications_** * **_Electrical equipment_** * **_Instrumentation and control systems_** * **_Mechanical equipment and packages_** * **_Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved work packs, procedures, drawings, and specifications._** **_Offshore Site Coordination_** * **_Act as the primary interface between Construction, Operations, Commissioning, Engineering, and Contractor teams._** * **_Coordinate daily execution activities to ensure work fronts are available and safely accessible._** * **_Facilitate communication between offshore operations personnel and project execution teams._** * **_Support shutdowns, tie-ins, and SIMOPS activities to minimize production impact._** * **_Monitor contractor performance and construction productivity._** **_Planning & Execution_** * **_Review construction schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones._** * **_Participate in construction work pack reviews and constructability assessments._** * **_Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics required for offshore execution._** * **_Monitor progress against schedules and identify recovery measures for delays._** * **_Ensure effective coordination of offshore campaigns and shutdown activities._** * **_Support planning and implementation of critical-path construction activities._** **_Brownfield Modifications & Tie-Ins_** * **_Lead site execution of brownfield modifications including:_** * **_Facility upgrades_** * **_Equipment replacements_** * **_Pipework modifications_** * **_Live plant tie-ins_** * **_Utility system modifications_** * **_Structural upgrades_** * **_Ensure tie-in activities are executed safely and in accordance with approved shutdown plans._** * **_Review isolation plans and construction method statements._** * **_Coordinate with Operations to ensure facility integrity and continuity of production._** **_HSE Leadership_** * **_Champion a strong safety culture and ensure strict compliance with project HSE requirements._** * **_Ensure all construction activities comply comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements._** * **_Participate in inspections, walkdowns, and punch-list management._** * **_Verify completion of construction documentation and quality records._** * **_Ensure non-conformances are properly reported and resolved._** * **_Support Mechanical Completion and System Handover processes._** **_Contractor Management_** * **_Supervise EPC contractors, subcontractors, and offshore construction teams._** * **_Review contractor construction methodologies, execution plans, and work procedures._** * **_Monitor contractor performance against HSE, quality, productivity, and schedule objectives._** * **_Ensure contractor compliance with company standards and contractual obligations._** * **_Participate in contractor meetings and performance reviews._** **_Commissioning & Start-Up Support_** * **_Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities._** * **_Ensure construction punch items are closed in line with project priorities._** * **_Participate in system walkdowns and turnover activities._** * **_Coordinate correction of deficiencies identified during commissioning._** * **_Support operational readiness and final handover to Operations._** **_Stakeholder Management_** * **_Liaise with:_** * **_Operations Teams_** * **_Maintenance Teams_** * project documentation._** * **_Support project close-out and lessons learned activities._** **_Qualifications_** * **_Must have 18-22 yrs of experience in Oil & Gas industry with 5-7 years in Offshore Sector._** * **_Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Marine, or related Engineering discipline._** * **_Professional Engineering registration or equivalent certification preferred._** * **_Offshore construction and project management certifications are advantageous._** **_Preferred Certifications_** * **_PMP or equivalent project management certification._** *
