Licensed Mobile Crisis Clinician
**Division/Program:**
San Bernardino: Valley CMRT
**Starting Compensation:**
80,000 - 90,000.00 USD Per Year
**Working Location:**
San Bernardino, CA
**Working Hours/Shift:**
Alternating workdays 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM, every other weekend 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM Telework

We are seeking a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**, **Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)**, or **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to join our team.
**What you bring to SBHG:**
**Education:**
* A Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
**Licensure:**
* Must be a BBS-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
* Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
**Compliance & Safety:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
* First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
**How you will make a difference:**
This position assesses clients at start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning. Duties are performed under direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, but some tasks are accomplished independently.

**Program:** The Valley Star Crisis Mobile Response Team
**Population Served:** Serving all age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
**Facility & Setting:** Mobile | operates from 6 PM to 8 AM
**Clinical Services:** offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
