We're looking for a **DevSecOps Engineer** to help design and secure the Azure platform powering our **DREAMS** AI solution. You'll work alongside AI/ML engineers to build production-ready infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and reliable from day one. This is a hands-on role with real technical ownership, where you'll influence architecture decisions, automate cloud operations, and help establish engineering best practices for a modern AI platform. ### Job responsibilities * Design secure, scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. * Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM. * Create secure CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. * Deploy and operate Kubernetes-based services. * Implement monitoring, logging, and observability across the platform. * Strengthen cloud security with IAM, networking, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening. * Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deliver reliable production environments. * Document solutions and help establish long-term platform standards. ### Key requirements * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering. * Strong Azure expertise. * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code. * Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines. * Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. * Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools. * English level B2 or higher. ### Nice to Have * Experience supporting AI/ML platforms. * Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, or Databricks. * DevSecOps automation and security tooling. * Disaster recovery, FinOps, or compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. ### Why Join Us * Build the cloud platform behind enterprise AI solutions. * Influence architecture and security decisions from the beginning. * Work with modern Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code technologies. * Collaborate with experienced AI and cloud engineers in a remote-first environment. * Solve complex engineering challenges while making a visible impact on a high-priority platform.
