For more information, visit_ [_www.adient.com_](http://www.adient.com/)_._  _Adient opened its first Moroccan facility in Kenitra in 2018 and further expanded its footprint by inaugurating an additional facility in Tiflet in 2025._ _Adient Morocco has been certified as a Top Employer 2026._ _Based on an HR Best Practices Survey, the Top Employers Institute puts organizations around the world under close scrutiny in the areas of Business & People Strategy, Leadership and Employee Wellbeing, among others_ **Position Overview**   Reporting directly to the EHS Coordinator, our future Junior EHS Technician will have as missions to : * Ensure application of EHS requirements in the site * Follow-up of safety instructions application  * Ensure safety culture awareness * Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and audits * Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions. * Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations. * Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Support safety awareness campaigns and employee training sessions. **Key Skills and Qualifications** * EHS degree/Technical degree * First experience (in EHS position) * Knowledge of EHS global standards and Moroccan regulations * Basic knowledge about EHS norms (ISO 14001, ISO 45001…) * Continuous improvement mindset * Risk-based thinking  * High level of ethics and integrity * Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail * Good communication skills (Negotiation & persuasion skills) * Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset **What we offer** * ANAPEC contract (6 to 12 months), then confirmation to undetermined contract * Progressive Salary Plan * Monthly Bonus based on results * Health Insurance / CIMR 4,5% * Insured Transportation * Canteen on site * Young and dynamic team * Access to Learning and development opportunities * Yearly Performance Review _Adient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
