Key responsibilities: 1\. Perform electrical installation of machines, panels, motors, drives, and instrumentation as per drawings and standards. 2\. Install, terminate, test, and commission LT panels, MCCs, control panels, and field devices. 3\. Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, local regulations, and company standards. 4\. Monitor PLC-based control systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Schneider / Delta / Mitsubishi - as applicable). 5\. Perform basic PLC troubleshooting I/O issues, communication faults, interlocks, alarms, and field wiring checks. 6\. Assist in PLC program updates, backups, and documentation under guidance of automation engineers. 7\. Monitor HMI/SCADA systems and respond to system alarms and process deviations. 8\. Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment. 9\. Diagnose electrical faults in motors, VFDs, sensors, actuators, solenoid valves, and control circuits. 10\. Minimise downtime through quick root-cause analysis and corrective actions. 11\. Maintain uptime of critical production and R&D equipment. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and panel wiring 2\. Hands‑on experience in PLC monitoring and basic troubleshooting 3\. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs 4\. Experience with VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits 5\. Good understanding of electrical safety standards and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures 6\. Problem‑solving skills and quick response to breakdowns 7\. Electrical AutoCAD 8\. Good communication and coordination skills 9\. Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams 10\. Willingness to work in shifts/on call (if required) 11\.
