Junior HR Analyst

**Location** São Paulo - 14401 Avenida das Nações Unidas, 15 Floor **Brookfield Culture** Brookfield has a unique and dynamic culture.  We seek team members who have a long-term focus and whose values align with our Attributes of a Brookfield Leader:  Entrepreneurial, Collaborative and Disciplined.  Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses. **Job Description** **Junior HR Analyst** **Key Responsibilities** * Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination. * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity. * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates. * Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee participation. * Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics as requested. * Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. * Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Previous internship or experience in Human Resources. * Fluent / Advanced English. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
