Junior Manual Tester

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Responsibilities: * Design, create, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing. * Identify, document, and track defects using Jira. * Collaborate with developers, analysts, the Product Owner, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. * Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence and TestRail. * Work on a virtual shareholders' meeting platform supporting the securities and capital markets sector. * Work in an elastic hybrid model from Gdańsk, with two days per week in the office. Project context: * Participate in the digital transformation of financial markets and work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. * Support quality-driven engineering and the integration of AI tools into products. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * At least 1 year of IT experience in manual testing. * Experience testing environments for multiple applications. * Knowledge of IT structure, dynamics, and terminology. * Experience designing and analyzing test scenarios, test cases, and requirements. * Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing. * Experience working with Agile. * Ability to define and analyze problems, search for solutions, and work independently. * Proactive collaboration with stakeholders from various European countries. * Understanding of the finance domain and ability to learn quickly. * Attention to detail and good command of English.
