Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for 1 project Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: ----------------------------------------- * Establish and manage project master schedules based on customer milestones and TtM process requirements. * Monitor project timing and ensure on-time execution of internal and external deliverables. * Take responsibility for timely delivery of customer milestones and sample events (Proto / P1 / P2). * Lead project cost management activities including PCF creation, profitability analysis, and financial status monitoring. * Drive profitability improvement actions and manage project risks and opportunities. * Analyze and report project failure costs and financial status at each project gate. * Manage project quality status and support issue improvement activities internally and externally. * Lead internal process management activities in line with TtM process requirements, including gate reviews and deliverables. * Prepare and manage communication plans with customers and internal stakeholders. * Act as the main contact point for customers and ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders. * Ensure all project team members clearly understand project goals and responsibilities. What Do We Expect From You: --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts development. * At least 2 project development experiences as a Project Manager. Experience with HMG (Hyundai Motor Group) projects is required. * Basic understanding of automotive development processes such as APQP, PSO, and Gate systems. * Knowledge of project financial structures and budget/profitability management. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams. * Business-level English communication skills for coordination with global regions and customers (EU / NA / India). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, accountability, and quality mindset. **What can you expect from us?**  * Attractive working conditions and benefits. * A culture focused on teamwork and solving problems together. * An innovative atmosphere where new ideas are welcome! * Opportunities for your personal and professional development.
