Junior Programme Executive

### **What You Will Do** * Support programme scheduling, trainer deployment and venue coordination. * Assist with updating operational trackers and following up on programme requirements. * Communicate with trainers, partners and internal teams on routine matters. * Attend selected meetings, take notes and track follow-up actions. * Collate attendance records and documents needed for billing and reporting. * Help maintain trainer records and track relevant certifications. * Support on-site activities such as registration, assessments and weekly sessions. * Assist with supervised safety and quality checks. * Support basic data tracking and participant feedback collection. * Contribute ideas to improve workflows, trackers and programme operations. * Complete a guided improvement project based on an actual operational need. ### **What You Will Learn** During the internship, you will gain exposure to: * Project and programme coordination. * Stakeholder communication. * Trainer scheduling and deployment. * Documentation and reporting. * Safety and quality processes. * On-the-ground programme operations. * Process improvement and problem-solving. * AI-supported health and wellness initiatives. Where suitable, you may also receive opportunities to attain relevant certifications and support selected programme activities. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a diploma or qualification in Sports and Exercise Science, Health Management, Business or a related field. * Interested in fitness, wellness or community programmes. * Organised, responsible and willing to learn. * Able to communicate clearly and work well with others. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or spreadsheets. * Willing to support activities at different locations across Singapore. * No prior work experience is required.
