Plan and execute monthly content strategies based on audience insights and business goals. Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails for YouTube SEO. Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and recommend data-driven improvements. Track key metrics such as Views, Watch Time, CTR, Audience Retention, Subscribers, and Engagement. Coordinate with scriptwriters, educators, designers, video editors, and thumbnail designers to ensure timely content delivery. Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring all uploads go live as scheduled. Identify trending topics, competitor strategies, and new content opportunities. Plan and execute experiments to improve video performance, including thumbnail and title A/B testing. Optimize content for YouTube Search, Suggested Videos, and Browse features. Manage Community posts, playlists, Shorts, Live sessions, and other channel features to increase engagement. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize reach through cross-platform promotion. Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, creator trends, and platform best practices. Take ownership of achieving channel growth targets and continuously improving content performance. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and YouTube Studio. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and audience growth strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with content planning and project management. Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for digital content, education, or creator economy. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in Views, Watch Time, and Subscribers. Improvement in CTR and Audience Retention. Increase in YouTube Search and Suggested traffic. On-time publishing and content calendar adherence. Overall engagement and channel growth.
