As part of our PPD clinical research team, you’ll have the opportunity to support groundbreaking studies that make a real difference in patients’ lives. As a Kit Production Coordinator, you will have a pivotal role in the flawless production and distribution of laboratory kits. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of quality and reliability in serving clients and internal teams. **What You'll Do:** Assist in the Global Kit Production, distribution and order fulfillment ensuring supplies are processed in a timely manner. The Logistics Coordinator ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to external kit vendors and internal departments.  This function is 100% office based. **Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:** * Reports to Team Lead Kit Production * Provides supplies and shipping support including assembling and packing laboratory kits following study kit specifications * Perform quality control checks on assembled kits * Order fulfillment and shipping * Performs labelling activities and any activity related to kit production * Assist with (un)loading activities * Supports resolution of Kit Vendor Quality Events * Incorrect documents * Guidelines discrepancies/updates * Kit building errors * Overdue orders * Supports information sharing within GSS department * Occasionally attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings * Support flex tasks within GSS and Sample Management **Education and Experience Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
