By joining Coca‑Cola’s global network of innovators and quality leaders, you will play a key role in protecting our reputation for excellence and supporting our growth through data-driven, science-based solutions. **What You’ll Do for Us** * Perform accurate and timely analytical testing using approved methodologies in alignment with ISO 17025 quality management standards * Prepare, analyze, and interpret data to confirm compliance with established product specifications and quality standards * Record results using standardized documentation practices and escalate findings or non-conformances through defined review processes * Support smooth laboratory operations, including sample management, routine housekeeping, and adherence to testing priorities * Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring equipment readiness and accurate performance * Participate in preventive maintenance programs and assist in evaluating new technologies and instruments for laboratory adoption * Collaborate with team members and scientists to align on priorities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely communication of analytical results * Contribute to internal auditing activities by verifying data accuracy and integrity across systems and processes * Identify and recommend improvements to laboratory methods, workflows, and practices that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings * Foster a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous learning through engagement in training, quality record management, and audit readiness activities **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline * 3+ years of experience in a laboratory environment conducting analytical testing in compliance with GLP or ISO 17025 standards * Hands-on proficiency with techniques such as UPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, titrations, pH measurement, or similar analytical methods * Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and digital documentation practices * Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices * Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-throughput setting, handling multiple priorities within defined timelines * Proficient in analyzing and interpreting quantitative data and ensuring its alignment with quality specifications * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to convey technical information clearly and effectively * High attention to detail with proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance in routine and complex testing tasks * A highly engaged, positive, and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving * Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment while taking responsibility for personal deliverables and continuous skill development **What We’ll Do for You** * Offer hands-on experience with advanced methodologies and laboratory technologies that shape our global quality practices * Provide opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional experts and contribute to innovation within Coca‑Cola’s technical ecosystem * Enable your professional development through specialized training, exposure to global lab standards, and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives * Position you as part of a team that ensures product integrity, consumer trust, and delivery of safe, high-quality beverages across markets The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
