A CPT-Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certification is required for this position to be considered. **Job Description**: **EDUCATION** * HS Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:** * At least one (1) year experience and/or training as a laboratory assistant. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of software applications such as MS Word and Excel. * Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization. * Requires the ability to apply independent judgment while carrying out written and/or oral instructions, deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations and work with Laboratory Information System.
