Für unser **Kontrolllabor in Göttingen** suchen wir zum **nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Teamleiter Labor (m/w/d) ### Ihre Aufgaben * Durchführung von **Infektionsserologie** und **NAT-Testungen** * Tätigkeiten in der **klinischen Chemie**, **Immunhämatologie** und **Hämatologie** * **Fachliche Führung und Anleitung** der Labormitarbeitenden * Sicherstellung und Pflege der **Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien** * **Unterstützung des Labormanagers**, u. a. bei: * Lager- und Materialverwaltung * Dienst- und Einsatzplanung * Optimierung von Laborprozessen * Mitarbeit im **operativen Tagesgeschäft**, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen ### Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als **MTLA** oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B.
