This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a clinical research environment, supporting important studies while working flexibly around other commitments. **WHO YOU ARE** =============== Ideally, you have experience of shipping packages or organising storerooms. You don’t need a scientific background or a degree. If you have **great attention to detail** and are practical, curious and keen to learn, we´ll provide full training to develop the technical skills you need. You will need to bring: * A good standard of general education * You like things to be tidy and organised. You don’t like mess and you always leave your work place clean and ready for the next day. * You have experience of working to deadlines and following instructions. You never cut corners. * You have good communication skills both verbally and over email and are comfortable using IT systems. **ON A NORMAL DAY, YOU WILL…** ============================== From calibrating Lab equipment, monitoring temperature, and navigating global custom requirements, you will oversee the shipment of thousands of samples daily. * Coordinate the storage and shipment of samples according to study protocol and Lab Manual requirements. * Dispatch samples to external laboratories globally. * Ensure adherence to correct shipping procedures in compliance with international regulations for biohazardous and dangerous goods.
