Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator

Through recessions, market downturns and pandemics the waste industry doesn’t quit. **You Are:** * An **experienced** equipment operator with the ability to run various pieces of equipment such as Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Dozers, Balers, and Compactors. **A Day in The Life:** * Perform inspection and maintenance checks of equipment daily. * Grease/lubricate equipment, check and add fluids to equipment daily * Operate necessary equipment to pack and cover waste material at the active face. * Clean trash from tracks of heavy equipment by pulling and or cutting material away from tracks and gear mechanisms at least once daily or more if needed. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
