Landfill Laborer

**Landfill Laborer - White Oak Landfill (Monroe, LA)** **Schedule:** * Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Occasional Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Daily Responsibilities Include:** * Weed-eating and general site maintenance * Pressure washing equipment and work areas * Assisting with scale operations and helping load/unload trucks * Performing cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor **What You'll Need:** * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Willingness to work in all weather conditions * Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10+ hour shift, move and perform physical labor daily * A safety-first mindset and team player attitude * Experience operating a tractor and bush hog is a plus **Why Join Waste Connections?** * Competitive Pay * Annual Boot Stipend * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits * 401(K) Matching up to 5% * Stable, year-round employment * Opportunities for advancement and career growth _Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
