Job Description
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
This role sits within the EMEA Sport Planning team, focused on Nike Basketball & Kobe. The Lead Assortment Planner co-owns the One EMEA Assortment Plan with Marketplace Planning and partners closely with Merchandising, Marketplace Planning, Business Planning, Global Planning, and Supply & Inventory Management to shape profitable, productive, sport-led seasonal plans that support Nike Inc. goals.

**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
* Lead, drive and oversee sport multi-season assortment plans from top-down and bottom-up angles (Sports, Franchise/Product Family, Style-color) and give a clear demand signal to Supply Planning and ultimately Sourcing.
* Own Open-To-Buy (OTB) plans and validate those by multi-season rolling Stock & Sales Plans (SSP) to optimize Sales, Margin, Inventory & Product Health.
* Lead key Franchise/Product Family health aligning to global Franchise health targets and maintain a pull market.
* Define OTB allocations of products which are constrained for production and/or demand capacity.
* Influence and align with cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Nike Direct, Sales and S&IM to optimize key Sport and Marketplace seasonal and energy moments.
* Lead projects independently by setting project direction, defining scope and proactively prioritizing across wider work and teams.
* Strengthen to the broader cross sports planning and functional teams in building a culture of inclusion, engagement, empowerment, and continuous improvement of process and planning capabilities
