Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across a multi-site, global web platform. This role owns architecture, technical standards, and development best practices, while working closely with distributed teams and senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** ======================== Technical Leadership: * Define and own web architecture and technical standards * Guide development across legacy CMS platforms and modern frameworks * Review code and mentor senior, mid-level, and junior developers * Make decisions on tooling, frameworks, and best practices Collaboration & Delivery: * Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, environments, and reliability * Support planning, estimation, and technical risk assessment * Act as escalation point for complex technical issues * Ensure consistency and quality across all web properties Job requirements ================ **Qualifications:** ------------------- * 8+ years of professional web development experience --------------------------------------------------- * Strong experience with React and/or Vue.js * Solid background with Drupal and WordPress * Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers * Strong communication, decision-making, and ownership mindset **Nice to have:** * Experience designing shared platforms or design systems * Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure * Experience working in enterprise or multi-brand environments
