Lead Estimator

**Title:** Lead Estimator **Knowledge / Experience (Skills)** * Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects. * Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure. * Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.). * Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate. * Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25. * Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed. * Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient. **Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. **Nationality:** Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
