Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of the Canadian process. 2\. Communicate confidently and professionally in fluent French. 3\. Identify and engage with prospective customers through effective conversations. 4\. Understand customer requirements and assess their potential interest. 5\. Generate and qualify leads based on defined business criteria. 6\. Explain relevant products or services clearly and accurately to prospects. 7\. Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a positive customer experience. 8\. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. 9\. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead information. 10\. Update lead and customer details in the relevant CRM or internal system. 11\. Follow up with potential leads when required. 12\. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets. 13\. Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines. 14\. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. 15\.
