Lead Network Account Manager - Germany

**Who we're looking for** Fixico is a fast-growing tech company, backed by top-tier investors and expanding rapidly across Europe and the US. We're looking for a Lead Network Account Manager to take ownership of our German repair shop network and help shape how we further grow this market. **What you'll do** This is a strategic role. You'll focus on the big picture: building a strong, high-performing network across Germany. You'll spend your time on things that matter most: partnerships, market coverage, and network quality. You'll also roll up your sleeves on key projects where your direct involvement makes the difference. Your main responsibilities: * Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team * Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners * Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them * Monitor network performance and act on what the data tells you * Guide and support junior and part-time team members in their work * Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and output * Be the face of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany
