**Lead Practitioner - Home At Last Team (HALT)** **Location:** Portland House, 243 Shalesmoor, Sheffield, S3 8UG **Working hours:** 37 hours per week **Salary:** £31,030 - £41,980 per annum _Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role.
