Lead Specialist Vendor Income

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**   Review, analyze & audit Target’s promotion, sales, defectives & promotional/non-promotional contracts to identify & recover revenue leakages by partnering with vendor partners. **L3 - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages * Collaborate with vendors & buyers to recover potential revenue leakages for Target * Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings * Identify root cause of audit findings & collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduces/eliminates revenue leakage * Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data as well as develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data * Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes & questions raised by vendors on audit findings * Highlight findings & share feedbacks on audit process in a timely manner * Support technology changes/transformations through continuous inputs & also play key role in testing & implementation * Support key projects/initiatives that can help streamline the existing process or enhance the audit scope * Works in a cross-functional team; collaborates with startup to ensure all deliverables are met on time **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * College degree (Business, Accounting preference) * 2-4 yrs of recovery audit experience. * Strong written and oral communications skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong MS Office skills (Excel proficiency a must) * Strong analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills * Ability to work independently with high level of initiative * Expertize in collaborating with vendor partners * Recovery Audit / B2B Collection Experience **DESIRED REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience/certifications in data analytics
