**_Position Summary_** ---------------------- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to help drive the modernization of our Enterprise Entitlements platform. This role will provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions that support identity, access, and authorization capabilities across Digital Banking. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **_Key Responsibilities_** -------------------------- * Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Lead implementation of cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes, containers, and microservices architecture. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and deployment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Define and implement API and integration strategies across enterprise platforms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Partner with architects and security teams to implement authorization and policy-driven access controls. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Contribute to service mesh architectures utilizing technologies such as Istio and Envoy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Author and maintain policy definitions using Rego/OPA (preferred). ------------------------------------------------------------------ * Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, resiliency, and operational best practices. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _Education and Experience Required:_ ------------------------------------ * Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ systems analysis and/or application development work experience or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' systems analysis and/or application development work experience.
