Lead SWE - React Js Redux Reusable Components TypeScript JavaScript Node Js Java

**Scope:** * We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong full stack development experience to architect, design, develop, and deliver scalable SaaS solutions. The role will have a strong focus on React, TypeScript, Node.js and Java technology. * The candidate will work closely with engineering teams and architects to build scalable, resilient, secure, event driven, and multi-tenant applications and will be expected to remain hands on while providing technical leadership and mentorship **Our current technical environment:** * **Software:** TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Java, REST APIs, Snowflake * **Application Architecture**: Cloud-native, scalable and resilient microservices architecture, Event driven architecture etc. * **Cloud Architecture**: Azure * **Frameworks/Others**: Kafka, Snowflake, Postgres, Mongo DB, Github CI/CD, Elastic Search **What you’ll do:** * Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications. * Develop modern and reusable React/TypeScript UI components, hooks, libraries, and frameworks. * Design and develop scalable Node.js REST APIs and backend services. * Work with Java/Spring Boot services and contribute to backend architecture and development as required. * Drive technical design decisions for microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. * Design solutions for scalability, performance, resiliency, availability, and security. * Establish and promote engineering best practices around coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment. * Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues and identify sustainable solutions. * Collaborate with architects, product teams, platform teams, and other engineering teams. * Mentor junior and senior engineers and provide technical guidance. * Lead POCs and evaluate new technologies/frameworks to solve complex business problems. * Contribute hands-on to coding and remain actively involved throughout the development lifecycle. * Drive continuous improvements to simplify architecture, improve maintainability, and optimize system performance. **What we are looking for:** * 8+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on full-stack development experience. * Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript. * Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Java particularly building scalable REST APIs and backend services. * Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, object-oriented programming, and core CS fundamentals. * Experience with React Hooks, Redux, React Router and reusable component development. * Experience building reusable UI components, libraries, frameworks, or developer toolkits. * Strong HTML5 and CSS skills, including hands-on experience with styled-components or Emotion. * Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks. * Good experience with REST APIs, API management, OAuth, and secure application integration. * Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, Java is a secondary technology for this role. * Experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS applications. * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming/messaging technologies. * Good understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases. * Experience with Azure/cloud-native technologies and cloud scalability. * Experience with CI/CD, GitOps and Agile development practices. * Strong problem-solving, architectural thinking, communication, and mentoring skills. * Ability to work hands-on while providing technical leadership across engineering teams. **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
