Work Flexibility: Onsite **Job Description** **职位说明书 (Confidential)** **（保密）** **Position Title****职位名:** Lean Intern  精益部实习生 **Department****部门:** LEAN  精益部 **Revision Level****版本号:** 1.0 The following is not intended to represent all inclusive lists of job representations, but to outline the **_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_** of the position. 以下内容不代表所有的职位说明，只包含职位的基本功能。 **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES****主要职责:** * Continuously fully comply with all GMP and Regulatory requirements. 持续遵守GMP和相关法律法规要求。 * Lead the Lean (when assigned to) activities. 领导被部门分配的任务。 * Assist Lean Dept. to prepare related meetings and reporting. 协助部门准备相关会议和报告。 * Assist Lean Dept. on Lean performance monitoring and reporting. 协助部门进行相关绩效监控和报告。 * Assist Lean Dept. on Lean Activity preparation and Promotion 协助部门进行相精益活动的准备和推广 * Assist Lean Dept. on Layout optimization related assignment 协助部门进行布局优化的相关事务。 * Responsible for files are properly archived. 负责文件的存档。 * Support Lean for other daily routine work. 支持部门的其他日常工作。 **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES****管理职责:** * None **REQUIRED SKILL SET****岗位技能：** * English communication, fluent in oral English 能够使用流利的英语口语沟通， * Strong organizational skills, scheduling discipline, plan execution and Communication skill. 拥有组织能力，遵守纪律,计划执行力和沟通能力 * Microsoft Office software, mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. 掌握MS office技能,主要包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint以及Power BI的运用。 * Be proficient in using CAD and other drafting/drawing software. 熟悉掌握CAD等绘图软件。 **RELEVANT EXPERIENCE** **经验要求：** * No Specific Requirement 无具体要求。 **EDUCATION** **教育背景：** * College diploma above 大专学历及以上。 Travel Percentage: None
