The role ensures cohorts, events, communications, schedules, and learning materials are organized and delivered accurately and executed on time. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate end-to-end logistics for cohort-based, virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs. * Manage participant rosters, registrations, calendars, invitations, attendance, completions and related program activity. * Coordinate participant, manager, facilitator, and vendor communications. * Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, pre-work, assessments, and follow-up resources. * Schedule sessions, facilitators, meeting spaces, technology, and other delivery requirements. * Provide day-of program support and resolve routine participant or facilitator issues. * Maintain accurate program files, checklists, templates, and delivery records. * Monitor timelines and escalate scheduling conflicts, delivery risks, and participant concerns. * Partner with the Learning Operations and Insights Consultant to maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and completion data. * Recommend improvements to program workflows, communications, and participant experiences. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree and 1 plus year(s) of work-related experience OR * HS/GED and 5 plus years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree * A relevant master’s degree can be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree and one year of experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Two or more years of experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives. * Experience supporting learning and development, talent management, human resources, or enterprise-wide programs is preferred. * Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives. * Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-through skills. * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. * Experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR is preferred. **Mobility Classification - Hybrid** **#LI-PG1** **#LI-Hybrid** ****Travel Requirements**** 15-25% ### Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable) No ### Represented/Union Position No ### Visa Sponsored Position No. This is not a Visa Sponsored Position.
