Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** * Collecting and organizing accounting documents using templates. * Helping post and check monthly accounting entries (we’ll show you how!). * Downloading and putting together monthly reports. * Preparing simple reports for internal and external audits. * Helping with lease-related tasks (you’ll learn what these mean). * Updating summary files and assisting with data uploads. * You’ll get to work with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa — don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll teach you. * You’ll also learn how financial reports are created and how companies stay compliant with rules (like SOX). * Your work will directly support our monthly financial reporting. * You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, learning, and collaboration. _About you_ =========== **Education:** Ongoing university studies at Hungarian university (active student status) in economics, finance, or accounting **Experience**: * A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important * Experience in leasing is an advantage * Preferably 40 -hour availability/week **Soft and technical skills**: * You’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling). * If you have an interest in IT systems or have used finance tools before, that’s a definite plus. * You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things. * You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team. * Familiarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage — but don’t worry if you haven’t used them yet.
