**Location**
* New York - 314 East 35th St (Midtown East)
**Schedule**
* Monday through Friday; 10am - 6pm
**Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities**
* Assist in providing medical insight
* Work in an increasingly autonomous role
* Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
* Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
* Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff.
**Minimum Qualification Requirements** _including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)_ Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.
All **LPN must meet the following minimum requirements:**
* NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
**Preferred Qualification Requirements** _(_desired _requirements beyond MQRs above)_
* Med/Surg experience
* Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population
**Compensation**
* $60,000 annually
