Thanks! #p3 **Position Overview:** * Deliver professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor and assess residents’ health status and report any changes promptly. * Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and health information. * Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Current and valid NY State LPN license. * Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. * Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
