Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you’re driven, professional, and enthusiastic, we want to hear from you. **Preferred Minimum Requirements:** * **Swim experience** capable of fulfilling the American Red Cross **Prerequisites**, which consist of a 150-yard swim, a 2:00-minute tread, a 50-yard swim, and a timed brick retrieval assessment * Must be able to work **weekdays, weekends, and holidays** throughout the summer season and through **September** * A minimum of **15 hours per week** * **Lifeguard certification required** (we can guide you to training opportunities if needed) **Our Culture:** We believe in a workplace built on **respect, diversity, and inclusivity**.
