Live Chat Support Specialist

We are looking for a quick-thinking, empathetic, and tech-savvy **Live Chat Support Specialists** to join our customer success team. In this role, you aren’t just answering tickets; you are the voice of our brand. You’ll be responsible for providing real-time solutions, navigating multiple conversations simultaneously, and turning frustrated users into brand advocates. ### Key Responsibilities * Answering client's inquiries * Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email. * Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries * General Research * Updating addresses and client information ### Qualifications * 1 year live chat experience * Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written * Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule * No other commitments, can start ASAP * Has own work-from-home equipment * Internet speed: At least 50mbps * Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent * Complete with webcam & headset ### Benefits * 100% work-from-home setup * Hands-on support * Training opportunities Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
