We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with strong project management and communication skills to join our diverse team. As an LMS Administrator, you will act as a key link between the learning functions and customers all over the world. You will play a critical role in managing learning offerings across different countries, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders including customers. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, project management, data management, and reporting skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration * Looking for 1+ year of experience * Technical aptitude: Affinity for IT applications. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (especially Cornerstone OnDemand) is a strong plus. * Fluent English skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for this role. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage. * Organizational excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands and strong communication skills. * Proactivity and autonomy: Proactive attitude to drive projects independently and take accountability for outcomes. * Customer-centric approach: Strong commitment to deliver excellent service, respond promptly and politely to customer requests and user inquiries. * Attention to detail: Meticulous manner to managing data, processes, and documentation and adhere to standards. * Collaboration and inclusivity: A team-oriented approach that values diverse perspectives and fosters a positive work environment. * Growth mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve while staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the LMS field.
