Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. * Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. * Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures. * Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements. * Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. * Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * $49.36 to $49.36 per hour. * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
