Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards * Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment * Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations * Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time * Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment * Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team * Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills * Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** * $46.29 to $46.29 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
