Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials. * Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. * Maintain clean and organized stockpiles for optimal production flow. * Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. * Support plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders. * Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices. * Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. * Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail in day-to-day operations. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
