Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production and loading activities. * Perform routine equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs. * Handle materials to meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and care. * Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe work practices. * Support additional operational tasks to ensure smooth daily site operations. **What Are We Looking For** * Proficient in operating excavators in a production or industrial environment. * Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices. * Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and report issues promptly. * Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment. * Reliable, adaptable, and capable of meeting daily operational demands. * Valid Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
