Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery. * Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives. * Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency. * Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. * Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement. **What Are We Looking For** * Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment. * Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. * Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements. **Work Environment** * Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions. * Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, and customers. * May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs. * Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits * Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance * Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
