o        Provide IT level 3 technical support to the end user community o        Knowledge of one or more of the applications such as Active Directory, Print Server, File Server, Basic Network Information, Microsoft O365 applications, preferably used as a department related to information systems, o        Follow-up of incoming issues via IT ServiceDesk ticket system o        Supporting user problems on the IT Helpdesk side (notebook & PC repair and problems, printer problems, internet problems, company mobile phone mobile application support and phone malfunctions, checking equipment requests, various application problems used in the company, etc.). o        Making and organizing IT related documentation o        Keeping track of IT inventory records and their organization o        To be able to actively support various projects that are or will be related to IT
