**About You**

Lead the design, governance, and operationalization of cross-channel media reporting within the COE. Own standardized dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, and performance measurement frameworks across Paid Search and Programmatic channels. Design and manage end-to-end reporting processes and operations to ensure reporting accuracy, scalability, and consistency in support of optimization, insights generation, and executive decision-making across markets.

**Minimum Experience Required**
10+ years of experience in media reporting, performance analytics, or marketing data operations, with at least 5+ years in a COE, hub, or operations leadership role.
**Educational Qualification**
15 years of full-time education is required.
**Summary**
As a COE Operations Lead – Reporting Specialist, you will own the reporting operating model and day-to-day reporting operations for Paid Search and Programmatic media. You will design scalable reporting processes, define governance standards, automate recurring outputs, and ensure data integrity and operational excellence across platforms and markets.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for media reporting, dashboard governance, and reporting operations within the COE.
• Design, document, and manage standardized reporting processes, workflows, and SLAs for the COE.
• Own the reporting operating model including intake, **prioritization**, delivery, and maintenance of dashboards.
• Design, standardize, and maintain cross-channel dashboards across Paid Search and Programmatic media.
• Define and enforce KPI definitions, metric hierarchies, and reporting standards across markets.
• Own and evolve reporting automation pipelines to ensure timely, scalable data delivery.
• Govern data quality, tracking integrity, and reporting hygiene across platforms.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with clear commentary on trends and anomalies.
• Enable optimization teams with diagnostic views, root-cause analysis, and exception-based alerts.
• Support post-campaign analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Insights, Activation, Tech, and Local Market teams to align reporting operations with business needs.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and ways of working.
**Professional & Technical Skills**
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong understanding of SEM and Programmatic performance metrics, attribution, and optimization levers.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready visual narratives.
• Solid working knowledge of GA4, DSPs, and ad platform reporting schemas.
• SQL and/or scripting skills for reporting automation and validation (preferred).
• Strong process mindset with focus on scalability, reliability, and operational rigor.
• Excellent attention to data accuracy and governance.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Reporting accuracy, process robustness, and operational discipline directly impact optimization effectiveness and leadership decision-making.
• Measurement, analytics, and visualization certifications are strongly recommended.
• The role operates in close collaboration with Global Media COE, Insights Leads, Channel Specialists, and Local Opella teams.
