Schedule -------- The clinic operates on a **rotational schedule**: * **6‑day / 4‑day rotation** * Clinic hours: **9:00am – 9:00pm** * Split shifts typically: * 9:00am – 3:00pm * 3:00pm – 9:00pm * 1:00pm - 9:00pm Clinic Overview --------------- * **DDS Chairs:** Typically 3 allocated ### Team & Structure * 3 DDS onsite * 2 RDHs (lighter hygiene model) * RDA support always available * Long‑tenured team with strong workflow efficiency Practice Environment -------------------- * High‑volume, **emergency‑focused model** * Consistently busy with strong patient demand * Efficient, production‑driven workflows * Support available from partner for more complex procedures as needed This environment is best suited for dentists who are confident, efficient, and comfortable managing a high volume of patients.
