For more information, visit [elekta.com](https://www.elekta.com/). **Responsibilities** -------------------- * _To assure, accepting or refusing, that all material submissions are duty allocated, respecting the serial, project or contract number, either in warranty or not._ * _Make sure all outbound orders from Bonded and Local Warehouse were properly processed in Movex and Packsys by Spares Order Desk._ * _Align logistics with management to assure transport of parts, components and tools to customers in Brazil and Latin America within deadlines._ * _Assure parts consumption on a weekly basis._ * _Follow up Good Return to Local and Bonded Warehouse, and Defective Return to Local Warehouse._ * _Control of the backorder process._ * _Follow up of the replenishment process._ * _Timely control and generation of parts in field extension._ * _Manage RSA Distributors Order Desk: order receiving, inventory evaluation, order processing at Elekta entities abroad, import approval, shipping documents issuing and follow-up._ * _Follow up FCO processes._ * _Follow up completion and submission of RAR in the operation system._ * _Weekly follow-up of service orders, customer orders, installation orders and DEFOA orders to ensure timely delivery._ * _Control of Brazil import/export processes, including follow-up at E-CAC and responses._ * _Bonded Warehouse management._ * _Review and assure correct tax calculation in invoices according to Brazilian laws._ * _Fulfill deadlines for admission, re-export and nationalization in special deposit processes._ * _Maintain inventory control, ensuring minimum levels and escalation when needed._ * _Weekly activity reports._ * _Check values and services in tax receipts according to contracts._ * _Domain of MOVEX and CLM systems for report extraction._ * _Ensure Ipack and BWSys systems comply with Brazilian fiscal regulations and inventory movements are properly registered._ **Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies** ----------------------------------------------- * _Graduation in Business Administration or Foreign Trade with specialization in Logistics._ * _Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics activities._ * _Knowledge of laws, standards and procedures (ports and airports)._ * _Knowledge of material storage and handling systems._ * _Negotiation techniques and interpersonal skills._ * _Excel and Qlik Sense (optional) knowledge._ * _Advanced English and Spanish skills._
