Job Summary ----------- . * Coordinate daily logistic activities and execute according to SOP * Check to ensure all Finished Goods are arranged correctly for shipment * Ensure proper system transaction and correct invoice to customers * Update shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of product. * Planning on shipment schedule * To coordinate with Program Team & Warehouse Team for shipment arrangement * To work with forwarders for shipment pick up schedule * Ensure on time delivery according to shipment plan * Support Logistics Operational Processes and Continuous Improvement Project * Streamline shipping process and ensure continuous improvement to standard logistics process. * Ensure that movement of goods are compliance to legal and statutory requirement (Customs & Compliance). * Responsible for Safety and 5S in warehouse by ensure subordinates adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
