**Summary** **Job Description:** Baptist Health Medical Group LPN Vascular Surgery St. Matthews area Full time/First shift Performs as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized care by performing designated elements of patient care and/or unit activities. **Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:** * High school diploma. * Graduation from an approved practical nursing program. * State-licensed practical nurse required. * Clinic experience preferred. * Computer skills preferred. * Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
