**Job Title** LTO I **Position Overview** _Position Overview:_    To provide floats and rolls of carpet to the warehouse in order to ensure a continuous and efficient operation  _Responsibilities:_  _Locate floats to warehouse_  Locate rolls to warehouse  Deliver backing to tufting machines   At shift change, LTO driver is to visually inspect the lift truck and fill out a LTO Daily Checksheet before operating lift truck  Keep the float area and around the bins clean.  Must work all scheduled work hours for your shift.  Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, if needed   _Position Requirements:_  Must meet vision requirement.  Must work all scheduled work hours for your shift.  Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, if needed   Must be able to Read and write legibly  Must be able to Communicate with others  **Work Shift** 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to out-punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM Shaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
